Warranty

Titan Telecom provides a warranty on all equipment unless otherwise stated. All testable equipment is verified in our lab. However, if there is a problem or you are not satisfied with the equipment, we provide a hassle free RMA service to replace* or refund your equipment quickly. Just contact us via phone or email to begin the RMA process. We will pay for the return shipping and send your replacement or refund once we have received the returned part.

For end users, we offer a one-year hardware warranty and a 90-day hardware warranty for resellers.

*Please note that, as we are a reseller, replacement is dependent on if we currently have the part in stock. If it is not available in our own inventory, we will do our best to find a replacement as soon as possible.
